PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (low carb, all yum!)
Updated: Feb 19
Sometimes, it's necessary to make yourself (and others?) a little treat. How about trying out these peanut butter cookies?
These easy and yummy cookies have all of FOUR ingredients and TWO carbs per cookie! 🙌🏼 Peanut butter cookies 🍪
1 cup (2,5 dL) unsweetened peanut butter 1 egg 🥚
1-3 tbsp sweetener (I used 1 tbsp monkfruit) some vanilla - Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Combine peanut butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla in a bowl; mix well until a dough is formed. - Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on the baking sheet and press down twice with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. - Bake until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Easy, right?! 😃 When you've tried them, let us know what you think in the comments.
