SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Did someone say MEATBALLS?! 😋 Home made meatballs may just be one of my favorite meals. Use good quality, grass fed beef (or other meat) and you’ll soon be hooked, too.

It’s so simple:


  • mix meat (ca 400 g) with an egg

  • add your fave spices (I added onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, fried onion with some broth added to them)

  • make into your perfect meatball-size, fry in tallow/butter. OH YUM! 🤤

They were served with a slightly spicy tomato sauce, shirataki noodles and freshly grated Parmesan.
