Did someone say MEATBALLS?! 😋 Home made meatballs may just be one of my favorite meals. Use good quality, grass fed beef (or other meat) and you’ll soon be hooked, too.

It’s so simple:
mix meat (ca 400 g) with an egg
add your fave spices (I added onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, fried onion with some broth added to them)
make into your perfect meatball-size, fry in tallow/butter. OH YUM! 🤤
They were served with a slightly spicy tomato sauce, shirataki noodles and freshly grated Parmesan.
